9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products include instant access to digital materials and limited coaching capacity, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified for a specific product or event.

Refund requests for coaching sessions must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds are issued for completed sessions, delivered digital downloads, or shipped physical products.
